What you share
For a home tour request: the property address or MLS number, your preferred appointment windows and optional date, your name, your email, your phone (optional), preferred reply method, and whether you work with an agent. For “Find Homes That Fit”: your quiz answers. We also record which consent boxes you checked, the exact wording shown, the consent version, a timestamp, and the page URL. We also record campaign parameters (utm_*, fbclid, gclid) from the link you used. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, financial documents, or other sensitive documents.
How it is used and stored
Your request is stored in a protected lead inbox on this site’s hosting infrastructure for the Duncan Duo buyer’s agent handling this page to review and follow up about your request. The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare-backed storage. This site does not send automatic text messages. CRM forwarding is not currently enabled.
When you submit a home-search or tour request, your details are emailed through Formspree to charlie@theduncanduo.com and stored in the site’s private lead inbox as a backup. The email includes your name, phone, email, quiz answers, landing page, and campaign attribution. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Only the designated owner account can read requests through this site. Your request remains in the inbox until it is removed. This version does not apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule.
Contact choices
The required contact permission covers a reply about the request you made, using your selected method. The separate, optional email-update checkbox is unchecked by default. You can request help without opting into marketing. This form does not opt you into automated text messages.
Security and site operation
The site uses request validation and abuse controls. A short-lived, hashed technical identifier is used to limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the lead record. Hosting providers may process technical logs to operate the service. Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers from the link you followed are stored with your request to identify its source. Optional Meta advertising measurement is off until you choose “Allow measurement.” When allowed, Meta receives page visits, quiz-start events and successful-request events and may process browser identifiers, IP address, cookies, and page URLs. We do not send your contact information or quiz answers in Pixel events, and automatic form matching is disabled. You can decline and still use the form, or change your choice with “Advertising privacy choices.” Global Privacy Control is treated as a decline on page load. See Meta’s privacy policy.

Listing details are a dated snapshot, not a live listing feed. Sending this form requests follow-up; it does not reserve a property or confirm a showing. Representation and any required touring arrangements must be clarified separately.
